Primaryjob responsibilities include:

  • Support the Platform Lead for Digital Marketing & Channels inestablishing and enforcing the long-term platform vision in support of theCommercial Organization across multiple domains, including:

  • Websites andPortals

  • Social Media &Mobility

  • MarketingAutomation

  • Email

  • Content andDigital Asset Management

  • Web & ChannelTracking / Data and Analytics

  • Identity, Consent& Access Management

  • SEO Strategy

  • Build and drive multi-year platform (and associated product) roadmapsoutlining capability enablement and deployment of those capabilities in markets

  • Drive channel integration across various commercial capabilities tosupport integrated sales and marketing capabilities

  • Communicate clear value proposition for the DM&C Platform to both ITand Business stakeholders

  • In collaboration with internal and external Partners, develop innovativeand cost effective solutions to further enhance the Platform

  • Guide Platform improvement efforts and support the creation of acontinuous optimization culture for the Platform to ensure it evolves withcommercial business needs

  • Manage relationships with third party vendors and partners

  • Oversight of technical delivery teams; work across many IT teams tocoordinate and implement programs (and integrate with other IT platforms)

We are seeking professionals with the following qualifications, skills and experience:

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, Business Management or Marketing

Must have

·5 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Channels Technology Management and strategy development

·Impressive base of knowledge across multiple DM&C Platform technologies including Web Content Management Systems (WCMS), Web & Portal technologies, Digital Asset Management systems, Social Media, Marketing Automation, Identity and Access

·Experience with building and executing on integrated Digital marketing technology channel strategies

·Strong background facilitating workshops and requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders across the organization that represent competing priorities

·Experience managing change in both internal and consultative roles; skilled in championing change, fostering innovation, maintaining focus on true business value and customer value

·Skilled in Agile development technology models

·Strong communication and presentation skills

·Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

·Motivated team player


·Experience partnering with third party consultancies, agencies and vendors to scale solutions and deliver on strategic objectives

·Skilled in managing and guiding globally distributed virtual teams; able to drive high performance in a multi-regional, matrixed environment

·Solution architecture background within the Digital Marketing & Channels area

·Experience with .NET WCMS; particularly SDL Tridion and Tridion Docs

·Background which includes incorporating data & analytics as part of solution development

·Experience with SAFe Agile methodology or similar scalable enterprise Agile development framework
