The Digital Creative Design Co-Op will support the Global Animal Health Communications Team in design work for internal and external, primarily social media, communications relating to the global business. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong graphic design skills and excellent working knowledge of Adobe Create Cloud tools.

Primary tasks will include:

  • Design of social media graphics and/or video for the Animal Health channels, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn for Global Animal Health.

  • Provide design support for other external and internal corporate work including digital signage, newsletters, etc.

  • Maintain library of social media content to leverage across global and country channels

  • Brainstorm content, edit and manage of the global social media content calendars

  • Align content with the Animal Health global branding standards.

  • Assist where graphic design and/or video editing skills may be needed


Required Education, Experience and Skills:

  • Candidates must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design or related degree program.

  • Candidates must have Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro)

  • Candidates must have Video editing skills

  • Candidates must have excellent interpersonal/written/verbal communication and presentation skills

  • Candidates must have computer skills including working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint and the ability to use an iPad

  • Candidates must have experience creating and executing social media campaigns

  • Candidates must have ability to be organized, multitask, adapt to a changing environment, work independently and also as part of a team

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Candidates should have familiarity with UX design & processes

  • Candidates should have ability to do minor video editing

  • Candidates should have understanding of paid social media
