Enterprise IT is searching for an experienced Solution Architect within the Global Supplier Management and Workplace Services Value Team to be responsible for the Procurement Product Line Products (Direct Procurement, Indirect Procurement (StS & AP) & Master Data Management).

The Procurement Product Line Solution Architect will work as a member of the Enterprise IT Procurement Product Line. Under the direction of the Procurement Product Line Lead, the selected candidate will be responsible for providing technical guidance and governance on solution development and integration. Evaluates requests for changes and deviations from specifications and recommends actions.

Key Responsibilities (may include but are not limited to) :

  • Conduct architecture evaluations and collaborate with IT value teams to develop solution architectures that fit the needs of the Procurement value team.

  • Develop and support solution architectures – Functional, Technical or Data, for the Procurement Value Team Product Products

  • Define & implement integration to systems & solutions that meet Value Team requirements.

  • Communicate with all stakeholders, including internal and external developers, end-users, product line/product owners and architects. Update stakeholders on the status of product development processes.

  • Evaluate project constraints to find alternatives, alleviate risks, and perform process re-engineering if required. Find resolution to technical issues as they arise.

  • Analyze the impact that technical choices may have on the Procurement Value Team delivering business value.

  • Evolve the solution architecture function and overall capability within the Value Team

  • Define and measure key performance metrics for the Value Team solution architecture function

  • Gain deep subject-matter expertise within key supplier management business processes, systems, and data.

  • Define overall product vision and strategy with a keen focus on value, business outcomes, and user experience.

  • Follow and apply Product Model principles to maximize value delivery

  • Defines objectives and key results for supplier master data

Required Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.

  • Demonstrable experience in designing & building large scale IT solutions using modern technologies and methodologies.

  • Strong understanding of procurement business processes and familiarity with master data management concepts.

  • Knowledge of the SAP ERP system and related procurement products, Ariba, Fieldglass, SAP MDG Etc.

  • Proficiency in data analysis, data modeling, and data quality management methodologies.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail.

  • Leadership and management skills, with proven abilities to set direction, lead and motivate team members

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish credibility and trust with a variety of stakeholders

  • Self-motivated and a quick learner, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and technologies.

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science or related field required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Agile and/or Product Management Experience/Certifications

  • Experience managing globally distributed implementation squads

  • Previous experience in Procurement and Supplier Management

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid work consisting of three total days on-site per week, generally Tuesday, Wednesday and either Monday or Thursday, although the specific days may vary by site or organization, with Friday designated as a remote-working day, unless business critical tasks require an on-site presence. Expected salary range:

$111,400.00 - $175,300.00
