Senior Specialist Real Estate – Workplace Data Information

The Senior Specialist of Real Estate – Workplace Information Management is a new role which will be a key member of the Global Real Estate team which serves as a strategic partner around the world. The role is focused on our Company's global portfolio. The role requires someone with skills in relationship management, data management and analytics.

The role will build strong relationships with our Company's Facility Management organization, Finance and Accounting to help enable corporate real estate strategy, financial reporting, and lease management. The Senior Specialist will work with critical stakeholders to ensure data accuracy in multiple systems and dashboards as well as provide ad hoc data reporting.

The role will work closely with the Global Real Estate team; learning each role, their process and how the data Real Estate manages impacts their work and the impact on our Company's as an organization. The role also allows for interaction with colleagues around the world, and all divisions within our Company. The position will be located at New Jersey, Rahway

The ideal candidate is a professional who is able to effectively collaborate with various internal departments and external partners to ensure data quality.

The candidate should be a creative thinker who is able to review current processes and can identify gaps and improvements allowing for waste reduction and increase alignment and process streamlining.

Responsibilities

  • Working with and manipulating large data sets -Analyze and summarize into interpretive reports by leveraging technology

  • Review and provide advanced portfolio data analytics for strategic planning initiatives

  • Effectively maintain and enhance dashboards that help create actionable analytics for senior management

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration with internal departments to maintain the integrity of portfolio data through portfolio data platforms

  • Lease Accounting Management submission through a centralized database, resolve system and user issues, entries into Lease Accounting tool

  • Continuous process improvement

Position Qualifications :

Education Minimum Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or analytics; or a related area is required.

  • Requires 5 years + of related experience

  • Excellent relationship building skills

  • Analytical approach to problem solving

  • Demonstrate ability to successfully manage competing priorities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interface effectively with partners

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid work consisting of three total days on-site per week, generally Tuesday, Wednesday and either Monday or Thursday, although the specific days may vary by site or organization, with Friday designated as a remote-working day, unless business critical tasks require an on-site presence. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and education.

Expected salary range:

$91,600.00 - $144,100.00
