Under the supervision of the Learning Support Services (LSS) Managers and Leadership, the Learning Associate Specialist will support LSS by serving as a subject matter expert (SME) for all learning platforms used by Global Learning & Development (GL&D). Success in this role depends on a candidate’s ability to balance multiple requests from the business, prioritize requests based on business needs, communicate clearly and effectively, and provide excellent customer support. The candidate must be adept at managing change and working with Divisional Learning directors, partners and/or consultants across the learning organization. Success in this role depends on the candidate’s knowledge of the various learning platforms, their ability to collaborate with other learning professionals and translate their needs into the appropriate platform, and work cross-functionally as a point of contact for the Performance Consultants and the Learning Support Services (LSS) organization.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Deep subject matter expertise of myLearning, SPARK and Quickbase including providing change support for myLearning Administrators, SPARK Community Engagement Leads/advocates when there are upgrades to the learning platforms.

  • Execute, monitor and consult on processes/standards related to myLearning, SPARK, Quickbase and any future L&D platforms.

  • Recommend and implement process improvements under the direction of the LCDS leadership team.

  • Interpret data, analyze results using basic statistical techniques, and create reports by manipulating large and complex data sets to inform leadership reviews

  • Co-lead the myLearning, SPARK and/or Quickbase Community of Practice groups through, but not limited to, creating the agendas, leading the meetings, monitoring the Yammer page, etc.

  • Ad-hoc Project Coordination support for unplanned operational or GL&D learning projects.

  • Remain current on learning and development tools, techniques, strategies and practices. Share learning and development leading practices with teams

  • L&D Policies, Standards, and Procedures: Knowledge of and ability to use industry and organization standards, procedures, and policies relevant to learning and development

Education Minimum Requirement:

  • Bachelor Degree of 5-10 years of relevant experience

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience, with minimum 1 year learning system operation experience conducting myLearning LMS tasks

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • myLearning Administration (Success Factors Learning Management System)

  • HTML and graphic design experience
